  How do I purchase Winners Only® products or parts? (retail purchase)
Winners Only products and parts are available only through authorized dealers.
  How do I become an authorized Winners Only® dealer?
If you are retailer who is interested in becoming an authorized dealer, please email winnersonly dot com dot info at gmail dot com and please include your store's physical address so that we can connect you with the sales representative for your region.
  The key to my desk was misplaced, locked in the desk, or eaten by my dog. How do I get a new key?
Please contact the dealer from whom you originally purchased your desk to request new keys. If you are unable to contact the dealer from whom you originally purchased your desk, please use our Dealer Locator to find a dealer near you who may be able to help you.
      How do I care for my Winners Only® furniture?
    Please download our general care instructions by clicking here or follow the instructions listed below.
    1. To clean, use a soft cloth moistened with lukewarm water and mild soap to remove stains and buff with a clean, dry cloth.
    2. Clean up spills promptly. Prolonged contact with liquids can damage finishes and/or cause warping.
    3. Do not use glass cleaner or ammonia-based cleaners as they can damage lacquer finishes.
    4. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or rubber-based place mats to prevent fading or discoloration.
    5. If you choose to use a furniture polish, make sure to continue using the same type of polish. Changing from oil-based to wax-based polish or from wax-based to oil-based can cause your furniture to appear cloudy or streaky.
    6. Spray polishes evenly over furniture surfaces. Wipe with a soft cloth in a circular motion.
      Where can I find assembly instructions?
    When looking at a specific product on the Winners Only site, there will be 3 tabs near the bottom of the page: Features, Specifications, and Documents. If assembly instructions are available, they will be in the Documents tab.
      Some products have video assembly tips. Links can be found in the Features tab when looking at a specific product, or see all of the available videos here.
      Do you have color samples?
    No. A color sample may not reflect the actual finish due to the natural variations and irregularities in the wood grain. We feel that the best way to evaluate our furniture is to see it in person. Please use our Dealer Locator to find a dealer near you.
      Can you customize furniture to my specifications?
    No. Our furniture is available only in the dimensions and finishes as shown.
      What does "CARB Phase 2 Compliant" mean?

      Do you use flame retardant chemicals?
    Yes. Untreated foam is highly flammable. The amount of chemical exposure when you use your furniture as furniture is negligible and will not expose you or your family to any health risk. However, flame retardant chemicals can be toxic when eaten. Furniture is not meant to be eaten because eating furniture can pose a health risk.       How do I get a catalog of Winners Only® products?
    Catalogs are only available to our authorized dealers. However, you can view our current products on the Winners Only website.
      I am a manufacturer’s representative, freight company, or supplier. How do I contact Winners Only?

      Do you sell internationally?
